Annie is a Licensed Master Social Worker, who works with couples and individuals. She graduated from Colorado State University with her Master of Social Work in 2021. While getting her graduate degree she interned with a private practice in Denver, Colorado and received training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Annie utilizes a strength-based approach that incorporates systemic and experiential interventions. She believes nothing happens in isolation and that an individual’s response to a trigger makes sense if we can slow down and explore what is happening. Annie’s empathetic disposition allows her to show up for her clients in an authentic way, and supports her ability to build trust and rapport with her clients. Annie prioritizes the therapeutic relationship as it plays an important role in therapy. She believes you are the expert in your own life and is looking forward to working with you.  

 

When she is not working Annie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside, and cooking.
