Deidre is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy to  individuals and families. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Master’s degree in Professional Counseling. Deidre has experience in inpatient and residential treatment as well as community mental health. She is a general practitioner who uses a person-centered approach to meet individual needs. Deidre uses a variety of modalities with a foundation in cognitive therapies (e.g. cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy). 

 

Treatment focus includes depression/anxiety, identity development, relationships, and work/life balance. Deidre believes in the power of connection and will join you to create a powerful relationship where you lead the way. She will offer feedback when welcomed, provide coping skills, and encourage recognition of individual strengths and resources. She values creativity and authenticity as pillars to providing a meaningful experience.

She is able to provide clinical supervision to counselors and social workers. She is registered with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
